SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

To ensure you receive the order as soon as possible, we invite our customers to always observe the following tips:
- Indicate an address where someone is present and available to receive the package.
- Pay attention to the name indicated for delivery: it must correspond to the one that can be read on the doorbell.
- Add a telephone number to your data, which is useful for those who make the delivery.

We inform our customers that any commissions for storage of the goods will be charged to the recipient, if the following reasons exist:
- the recipient makes an explicit request for storage
- the destination address is incorrect
- the recipient is absent at the second step
In the event that the delivery is refused, the return costs will be deducted from the amount of the refunded order.


Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning (if a weekday).

BALLARINI is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of BALLARINI.

The estimated delivery times from the shipping date vary depending on the destination from 1 to 5 working days for Italy and from 2 to 10 working days for Europe.
Orders for items already available are shipped the first working day following the one in which the order was placed, for items not available you will be notified with an e-mail with the date of shipment.

In all cases BALLARINI reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS AND RETURNS

The customer has the right to make a return or exchange of the goods within 8 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 8 days from the day on which the customer or a third party acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of return or exchange of goods, the customer is required to inform us of his decision to return the goods by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To meet the return or exchange deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of return before the return period has expired.

The right of return or exchange of goods is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for referable purposes. to professional activity possibly.

If the customer wants to make a return, the amount of the item will be refunded within 30 days from the day the goods return to the warehouse.
These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

If the customer wants to exchange goods with another item already in stock, the shipment will be made on the first available working day following the return of the item to be replaced.

If the item will not be in stock, new indications will be given regarding production and shipping times.

In both cases (return or exchange of goods) the cost of shipping for the return of the goods and for the exchange is charged to the customer.

without delay and, in any case, within 5 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the 5-day period has expired.
After the return of the products, the Seller will make the necessary checks relating to the conformity of the same which must be intact, unused, worn, washed or damaged and with their original tag.
If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller and the package will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Personalized or tailor-made items cannot be subject to withdrawal.

We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for items already available cannot be changed.
